Just bought a new estate with many rare pieces. ONE OF FOUR CHROMOLITHOGRAPHS AFTER the original watercolor owned by the Pears family. These FOUR chromolithographs were specifically made for the Pears Annual 1902. (see description at the bottom of the pictures). Titled " A Breezy Day in the Mediterranean" the chromolithograph has creases which will probably require to have it re-screeched but still in VG conditions for its age. Framed in a hand made Victorian style frame with wooden back. The view measures 28" X 21.5" and with frame measures 42" X 34". One corner of the frame has few small chips. Please feel free to ask for more pictures if necessary.
