Pickups:
***IMPORTANT*** You must have the code emailed to you from Estatesales.net to have your items released at pick up.
We are offering multiple pickup days and times to help keep everyone safe and to ensure social distancing. Please see the items description for pick up day and time frame.
***Security cameras are always used during all pickups.***
We will be dividing the lots into two different pickup days and multiple time frames: Either Day 1 – Slot A (2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) or Day 1 – Slot B (4:00 pm to 6:00 pm) and Day 2 – Slot A (2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) or Day 2 – Slot B (4:00 pm to 6:00 pm).
No need to schedule an appointment. Just show up in the time frame of your item. If buying multiple items, please use the later time framed item for your pickup window.
Also, if you are buying items with different pickup days, please show up on the second day or at least towards the end of the first day. If you have any questions about this, please email us.
All items won must be completely removed from the premises by the Buyer at the Buyer’s sole expense without exception. Please bring your invoice to help speed up the process.
Shipping is available on certain items and will be noted in the item’s description if being offered. Otherwise, the item(s) will only be available for Local Pickup Only.
***At times, certain estates and collections may be moved to our location due to issues with the owner’s property. (Not enough room, parking, home being repaired, etc.). This will always be mentioned in the description if the pickup will be at our location.
The majority of our sales are under strict timelines to have the items picked up and removed. Any item(s) not removed by the last pickup day and time, will be considered abandoned (Unless prior shipping arrangements have been made). There are NO REFUNDS on abandoned items.
***Please note: Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Sellers and the Owners from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from, any injuries to persons or death or property caused during the removal of items purchased or with the use of items. The buyer is solely responsible for any damage to the property caused by or during the removal of items purchased.
You must bring help to lift, pack and remove items from the sale, including tools to disconnect or dismantle items. Our staff cannot help with the removal process of large and heavy items.

• Please be respectful of others and practice social distancing. If you must enter the house or interact with staff, you must have your nose and mouth covered with a mask, scarf, etc. Otherwise, service will be refused.
• Please have your own face coverings and sanitizer to use before entering the location and also upon leaving.
• Arrive on time for your scheduled pickup, or you may have to wait until another window opens up.
• You are responsible to bring all necessary help that may be needed to move large or heavy items. Our staff is not equipped to help move these items. Please also bring your own necessary equipment (dollies, straps, rope or blankets that may be needed to move large items), as these items will not be available at the premises.
• You are responsible to bring all necessary packing materials (boxes, totes, bubble wrap) to safely remove and transport your items.
• Wait in the designated location outside the premise until you are checked in and escorted to your items.
• Once checked in, we will guide you to your item(s) and you will need to remove your purchases and take them to your car to inspect and pack them there.
• If there are any concerns about your items, please wait for the onsite lead to review and discuss your situation.
• By leaving the premise, you are stating you are ok with your items.

***If someone other than you are planning on picking up your purchases, please make sure they give your last name and have a copy of the invoice, and any necessary codes (if applicable) to give to the employee at pickup.***

Failure to Pick Up:
In the event you do not pick up your purchase during the designated dates and times (or make prior shipping arrangements), your item(s) will be considered abandoned. You therefore agree that the failure to receive any item(s) in the event of abandonment DOES NOT relieve your responsibility to pay for the item(s) or any other associated fees and applicable sales tax.
You hereby authorize Sunshine’s Emporium to charge your credit card for the purchase amount plus any fees and applicable sales tax and the buyer agrees they will not seek a refund or chargeback for any abandoned items.
Sunshine’s Emporium, may at its absolute sole discretion: dispose, donate the items to a charity of our choice, or resell any items deemed abandoned. Buyers who fail to pick up items, may also be banned from future sales.
Shipping:
We are not a shipping company. However, we are happy to ship small and medium items to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, if the item(s) will fit safely in Priority Flat Rate packaging. Thus, large, super heavy and very fragile items will not be shipped.
All items are shipped through the USPS using 2-3 days Priority Mail. All packages will also include tracking, and insurance. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your item has shipped.
All items being shipped must have insurance. No exceptions. You must buy additional insurance if the value of your purchases exceeds the insurance offered and covered by the Priority Flat Rate. This will be included in the final total shipping cost.
If we are offering shipping for items, it will say so in the description. Otherwise, the items will be for local pickup only.

We do try to ship out as quickly as possible. But we ask that you please allow for up to 5 business days after payment and shipping fees have been received for items to be shipped. Once shipped you will receive an email with tracking and insurance information.
Since all items are shipped completely insured, should any damage or loss occur to the items shipped, Sunshine’s Emporium is not responsible. Therefore, all insurance claims should be handled through the carrier (USPS) directly and NOT through your credit card company.

This Buyers Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Sunshine’s Emporium Estate Sales and the person or entity listed on this page (“Buyer”). Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement with respect to all tag sales and auctions conducted by Sunshine’s Emporium.
Buyer acknowledges that additional terms and conditions of this Agreement may be posted and/or announced on the website and such additional terms are deemed incorporated into this Agreement by this reference and are binding on the Buyer.

A 7% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the time of purchase. Items must be picked up at the location and the dates and times listed below. No exceptions, unless prior arrangements have been made for shipping.

Inspection:
Inspection is by online catalog of titles and photos only. Please check the photos carefully for item’s condition. Please ask any questions prior to purchases.

• Sunshine’s Emporium reserves the absolute right to withdraw any item at any time before the item’s actual final sale.
• Sunshine’s Emporium reserves the absolute right, at its discretion, to refuse or reject any Buyer from purchasing.
Sales Tax:
All sales are subject to Georgia Sales and Use Tax. Purchases for this sale are subjected to 7% sales tax. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificates prior to purchase. Upon validation and acceptance, your purchase will not be taxed.
How to buy:
First, you will have to create an account with Estatesales.net. Once you have created an account, add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and check out. It is that simple.
***We will also be taking silent bids for items just like an in-person estate sale might do. If you see an item you are interested in and would like to offer a bid, please email me the lot number, title, your offer and contact information. If the item has not sold at the end of the sale, we may offer it to the highest bidder.***
Since we are online only, we generally only except credit cards for payments. However, we can except PayPal or cash for purchases. Email us if you are interested in using one of these payment methods, along with lot numbers, titles and contact information before the end of the sale.

Registration:
Buyers must pre-register with a valid credit card stored to your profile on Estatesales.net. When you purchase an item(s) you irrevocably authorize us to charge your credit card the listing price, plus any buyer’s premium associated with the tag sale and all applicable sales tax.
Payment:
All payments are due immediately at time of purchase.
