All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. If a piece of jewelry has an appraisal, a copy will be shipped with the item. Please read the descriptions carefully. We will not be responsible for misread descriptions. If we state it is "Solid", that means it is not plated. If you see an item with 14KP, that means it is 14 karat "Plumb" or exact to that karat, it does not mean plated. All jewelry is tested for gold purity (ie: 14k, 18k, etc) and diamonds are tested to be sure they are genuine. We will not be responsible for colored stone descriptions, we just test to be sure they are real, not always is the type exactly accurate. If you are not sure of any item, do your research prior to purchase. All billing happens at the time of purchase and Shipping is as soon as the shipper picks up the item or it is delivered to USPS. We will not be responsible for misdirected, mishandled and incorrectly shipped items. Insurance is not included in the price due to local pick available.
