Please know that all items are sold as-is, no warranties, no returns. Once the auction is over and all bids are finalized, an email will be sent to all winning bidders with the pick up address and details. Please be sure to set aside time to pick up your items during the posted pick-up time. If our pick up time is un-attainable within your schedule, please contact Divine prior to bidding to make sure we can accommodate your schedule. Please DO NOT bid if the posted pick up time is a problem unless you have made other arrangements with Divine management.

Payment: ***Please note that we DO NOT charge a buyer's premium. We consider shipping on a case by case basis. Please do not bid without making shipping arrangements with Divine Management first, if shipping is required. Credit Card - Payment hold is placed on your credit card upon winning the auction. Full payment is automatically processed and completed by estatesales.net upon item pick-up. You must have a pre-authorized credit card on file for your bid to be accepted. (You may want to notify your bank that multiple transactions may be coming through if you are bidding on multiple items. We've had a few challenges with banks mistaking auction transactions as fraud since multiple transactions come through at once. Just a heads up.)

Pick-up: Items must be picked up by the listed deadline (1/30/2021, 11am to 2pm) or the item will be forfeited. Please bring packing supplies, boxes and help to load items. If pick-up is not completed, you may be blocked from bidding on future items and your committed purchase amount (winning bid value) will be charged to your credit card for a restock fee. We do our best to work with you if you communicate with us.

To ensure that lots are not mixed up or damaged, we will bring your items out of the building once you have checked in. Buyers will not be allowed to enter the premises. Pick-ups are first come, first serve. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to assist everyone swiftly and in the order of arrival.

We do not guarantee condition or function. You are bidding on all items in as is condition. We do our best to photograph and identify any defects, but no warranties or guarantees of any kind. We are not the owners of the items and, therefore, have limited to no knowledge of history.
