Ended Russian winter scene painting

This painting is oil on canvas, dated "1995" on the back, done in the bright colors used by many Russian painters in the 1990s-2010s, 17-1/2"h x 21-1/2"w, in molded wood fame with white board fillet, 23"h x 26-1/2"w. The scene has much to observe and appreciate in letting your view travel around to see the diverse aspects of the scene. Centered is a female walking down a meandering dirt road bordered by snowy ground, small buildings, and fence line amid deciduous birch trees, characteristic of northern Russia. The buildings in the left background are in dark tones under a bright light blue sky with small white clouds. The buildings in the right midplane are brighter and include a blue/red flag. Snow dominates the foreground, divided into three sections. The back of the canvas is marked in Russian in pencil.
