Welcome and thank you for shopping with us! IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ! Pick up dates for this auction are Tuesday, July 20th from 3:00 - 7:00 pm OR Wednesday, July 21st from 9:00 - 12:00. No appointment is necessary. If you need other pick up arrangements please let us know PRIOR to placing your bid so we can determine if we're able to help you. Items not picked up by the end of the designated times (without prior pick up arrangements made) will forfeit the item and their credit card will still be charged. Bids are legal and binding, We appreciate your understanding.

Please place your high bid early as most items will end simultaneously. Estatesales.net will bid in increments for you until the highest bid you entered is reached. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving but I'm always available for questions. You MUST bring someone with you for furniture and heavy item removal. Please bring your own bags and packing materials as well. Winning bidders will be contacted with the exact location after the auction ends so there's no need to email us....watch for the email from EstateSales.net! The pick up location for this auction is in Williamsville near Sheridan/Transit. We ask that you check the measurements we've provided and bring the correct size car to move it. We've had numerous people arrive on pick up day unprepared for the size of their items. Please double check it will fit or bring a friends truck. Dressers do not fit in sedans. We know...we've tried! :)
