*This sale will feature a buy it now option or a no reserve bid option. (Reserves are the Minimum Price to Sell) Buy it now choice allows you to own the item now! The second choice is a bid process. This sale only has two items with reserve pricing . They are Dining Room Table and China Hutch.
*When using the bid option and you place a bid offer on any item, you are its temporary owner immediately unless someone else makes or places a higher bid on the same item. Once a bid has been placed on any item the buy it now feature drops away. At the end of the sale, the individual with the highest offer bid is the owner of that item. The beginning bid prices listed in this sale are the families lowest acceptable selling price.

PLEASE bring your own EXTRA help when moving heavy or large items that will require two or more people to move. If your item is larger than you can move, please be sure to bring extra help (that means someone who is athletic and has the ability to lift and carry oversized items. ***Purchaser or mover assumes all risk in moving or personal injury!) We will have hand truck and furniture dolly on location for you use. Tools will be available if you need to dismantle something. Staff will no longer assist with any lifting of heavy or large items.
