We provide as many photos as possible of each item, and highlight chipped, scratched, damaged or torn items. The highest bidder agrees to pay the full amount for the purchased item as-is. Minor scratches, chips or damages may not always be photographed.

Preview of online auction items are available by appointment only on Monday, December 13th from 9:00 AM CST to 12:00 PM CST. Please email jamie@brown-sloan.com to schedule your appointment preview. Upon confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email with the address.

Texas Sales Tax is payable by all buyers. If you have a Texas Resale Certificate, you must provide that certificate via email for a tax exempt purchase.

Buyer is responsible for pickup.
Shipping is not available for this sale. All items must be picked up on Friday, December 17, 2021. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are unable to pick-up on Friday, December 17th, DO NOT BID in this online auction.
Pick-up is on Friday, December 17, 2021 from 9:00 AM CST to 3 PM CST. If you are the successful high bidder, you will be sent an invoice and a link from Sign-up Genius to confirm your selected pick-up time. Blocks are scheduled in 30-minute segments.
All items must be picked up during the listed date and times. Failure to pickup items during pickup times will result in forfeiture of items, the highest bidder will be charged the full amount.
We will not have boxes, personnel or tools to help with loading or packing.
