Ended French Provincial Bureau Plat

Bureau Plat is late 19th Century Brazilian Rosewood in Louis XVI French Provincial Style. The brass-molded leather inset top has a custom piece of glass to protect for everyday use. Has central long drawer with brass key, 2 small drawers on the left and one on the right (made to appear like 2). Drawers are exquisitely dovetailed. 2 writing slides pull out with leather inset. One slide has a cut from wood to leather, but other than that the desk is in great condition. Raised on round tapering fluted legs.
