This is an auction. Your card will be charge for each individual items. Make sure you card company is aware of that.
The auction will close at 3pm sharp. The last bid is the winner.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final.
Check you items before you leave.
Items are in used condition!!! If you want new or perfect things this is not an auction for you. Just about everything in this auction has a flaw!

Pick up is in Long Beach on Saturday 4/09/2022 and Sunday 4/10/2022
Do not bid if you can not pick up!
Your card will be charged. Make sure you contact your card company prior to winning.
Check your spam folder. I send a message the night before pick up and the morning of pick up

You must make an appointment!

It is your responsibility to contact me! Via email at msrootsbiloxi@gmail.com and schedule pick up.

I will only give out the physical address two hours before pick up.

If you buy an item and it is not picked up on the day listed your items will be donated. No refunds, returns or exchanges!

Bring your own help moving and packing materials.
Chris will not be here to help!!
