Antique 1895 Betts Patent Bicycle Headlight Signal 20th Century Headlamp
This antique bicycle lamp was patented in 1895 and produced by Bett's Patent Headlight Co. Known as the "20th Century" lamp, it offers a kerosene fueled headlight on the front and a green lens and red lens on opposite sides of the body. The lamp is 5" height and 5 1/2" length from the front to the end of the clamp. This particular lamp still has its handlebar clamp. Markings for the lamp are seen on the top, wick raiser, bottom, and at the end of the clamp. The lenses are in good condition (need a cleaning inside and out) - no chips or cracks. There is some toning of the metal around whole lamp but not unexpected for the lamp's age.
Pick up for this item is Friday May 13th in South Chatham between 3-6 PM.

If you fail to pick up your item at the time agreed upon ,and have not arranged for delivery, we will have to consider the piece abandoned and no refunds will be provided since the opportunity to sell the item to another customer will have passed and the house needs to be cleaned out.
