* While we CAN NOT control compliance, we ask that you adhere to any and all face mask requirements in place at the time of the sale.
* You agree to hold harmless Bush Hill Auctions & Estates or it's Staff from any health related consequences after your visit to pickup at our warehouse.
* You are responsible for supplying any Mask, Gloves and Sanitizer that you may require.
* If you DO NOT feel well, please call us to arrange pickup.
* For your safety, the safety of others, we may limit the number of people entering the warehouse during pickup times.

Per NC Senate Bill 557 (S.B.557), beginning February 1, 2020 all Estate/Tag Sale operations MUST collect sales tax.

- If you expect to purchase Large Items, Please BRING HELP to load those items.

- We are not responsible for for accidents or injuries.

- All items are sold As-Is and there are no guarantees or warranties implied.

- We may add or delete items listed before and/or during the sale.

- Pickup days are Monday, 6/13 and Tuesday 6/14 10:00 am – 4:00 pm AND Wednesday, 6/15 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Winning bidder must pickup item(s), after payment, from the premises per the Pickup Schedule Above.
