Chinese Watercolor on Silk. The poem loosely translated: Who would understand that I would follow Fan Li on a boat, only to forget all the scheming's while immersed in the beauty of the lake.
The lake is known as "5 Lakes" or Tai HuPoet: Wen TingyunArtist is Youngnian
Date on art shows 1914 or 1974 Wood frame with acrylic. Some scratches on the frame and very light acrylic, art is in very good condition with slight fading.
Wire hanger in good condition.
Signed by artist
6' wide by 4' tall.
