We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items, so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. When you are placing your bids make sure you are putting in the correct amount of your bid! This includes your Bib & your Maximum Bid. Once you place the Bid, it cannot be changed. When you are bidding keep in mind that if you do not pick up your items on the scheduled days, you will be charged for your items.

The winning bidder must pick up their merchandise during the times of 4:00pm-6pm, Saturday, 8/20. Because of the nature of this sale (pick-up at a private residence where we only have limited access) anything not picked up during that time will be considered abandoned and we can't offer a refund as the consignor will still need to be paid. Abandoned items are donated to charity shortly after the last pick-up time has ended.

Delivery services are also available through a third party. Please contact us with your name and address and somebody will get back to you by email with delivery fees and days/times available.

Pro Tip: All items end at the same time (9:30 PM). To make sure that you get your bids in, bid early and place the max bid that you are willing to pay and let estatesale.net bid for you. Otherwise you will have to keep coming back and bidding again and again. We can’t see your max bid so it is safe.
