In-Person Payment DetailsWe accept CASH on the day of pick-up. We do NOT accept checks or Credit/Debit cards, nor do we accept Cryptocurrency. However, we also accept Zelle, Venmo or PayPal (no other).
By agreeing to purchase, you understand that you have to pay in-person on the pick up date, but ONLY if you haven't made arrangements with Stripe, the secured 3rd party provider, on the Estatesales.net site. You'll be provided with an Order ID to validate your online direct purchase.
Seller accepts major credit cards and in-person payment. Preauthorization required for in-person payment.

Please be sure that you have appropriate packing and moving equipment to efficiently and expeditiously remove any items purchased. Local pickup is preferred and suggested. However, we can arrange to ship small items via FedEx or UPS (small items only, no furniture), at an extra cost, to cover packing, shipping and handling. While we respectfully request that you have a valid COVID vaccination card, an NYS Excelsior Pass, or the results from a negative COVID test within the past week, to protect yourself and others, wearing a facemask is entirely optional.
