Bronze Sculpture with wood base entitled "The Brush Rider" by Herb Mignery. #3/30.
The base is wood with a name plate "The Brush Rider Herb Mignery C.A.A.".
Bronze is signed, "Mingery 3/30".
Measures 6 1/4" x 5 3/4" with base. Bronze itself measures 5 1/4" x 4 3/4".
In excellent condition.
Herb Mignery is a well known listed Sculptor that grew up on a Nebraska ranch, where his family had
lived over a hundred years. He was a real, working cowboy. One can see these roots in Mignery's work.
Mignery has worked in almost every artistic medium in the course of his career. In 1973, however, he
first experimented with the medium of bronze, a medium which he made his own. His horses and riders,
their gear and tackle, their motion and focus have become a trademark known by an admiring public and by
fellow artists alike. Mignery has been recognized by members of his profession for 25 years. He was
inducted into the Cowboy Artists of America in 1984. He became a member of the National Sculpture
Society in 1996, in 2001 was elected a Fellow, and the following year he joined the Society's Board of

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. If you fail to pick up your item at the time agreed upon ,and have not arranged for delivery, we will have to consider the piece abandoned and no refunds will be provided since the opportunity to sell the item to another customer will have passed and the house needs to be cleaned out. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Please pay your invoice with credit card and bring the confirmation number with you when you pick up the item. The number is required for us to release the item (this is how we get paid from the credit card company).

For items that are stored at the Orleans location, Storage Fees are: $5 per day, per item, and then $25 per item each week after. If the item is not picked up within 14 days, it is considered abandoned and will be disposed of in a manner of our choosing.

Delivery services are also available through a third party. Please contact us with your name and address for delivery fees and somebody will get back to you by email.
