This is a unique sale.
Notice the picture of the wallpaper in the Dining Room. When Governor Dixon owned the home Mrs Dixon had it installed. It is French Zuber Mural Wallpaper. The same scene was installed in the white house during the Kennedy refurbishing in 1961 depicting the Boston Harbor.
