Pickup and Shipping: You have 7 days to pickup or arrange delivery or a $2 charge will be added for storage of each item (for example a table and 4 chairs will be $10 a day after 7 days). Local delivery can be arranged within 10 miles of location with a $25 delivery fee to be paid to the driver.

Shipping can be arranged separately by the buyer by using u-ship or other means, we also use a third party for shipping smaller items. We give them your info, drop off and they call you with shipping costs. We will help out as best as we can to meet after hours as needed. If you have any questions please call 251-308-5310

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.
