Please confirm condition of the items you are interested in from the pictures provided. We've done our best to document flaws and highlights of the items, and several have appraisal reports included. All SALES are FINAL. We sell everything AS-IS, WHERE IS. It is the Buyers' responsibility to read the descriptions completely prior to purchasing the merchandise. Refunds will on be offered in the event that the item is incorrectly represented in the description and/or photos, or damage occurs during shipment. Any refunds for merchandise will be determined at the sole discretion of Boyds AZ.

Sales Tax: Buyer is responsible for paying the cost of the merchandise plus applicable City and State Taxes to the final purchase price, regardless of payment type. Arizona State sales tax regulations require us to collect sales tax regardless of where the item is being shipped. It is based solely on the origination of the item, here in Arizona.

Credit Card Payments: Any Buyer who pays with a credit card accepts the merchandise AS-IS and agrees to not dispute credit card charges or request chargebacks with the buyers’ credit card company.

CONDITION OF GOODS: All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been identified -- everything is sold as previously owned, whether new-in-the-box or not, it was previously owned and is being sold AS IS. We will identify major defects, marks or damage in our description and/or photos. Read the description carefully and examine the photos carefully prior to purchasing the item. The Buyer is responsible for carefully evaluating the condition and quality of the item from the information provided.
