This is an online Sale ending June 4th with a one day sale and pickup on June 4th. The onsite sale will have additional Items that were not in the online sale... As we setup for the one day sale some additional items may be added to the online sale.

All property is sold "AS IS - WHERE IS". Neither Milton Estate Sales LLC or the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchant-ability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property.

If you are in doubt about any items: condition, grade, authentication or anything else... Please do not Buy the lot!

We accept cash, all major credit cards. All Credit Cards do have a 2.9% processing Fee. No CHECKS are accepted. City and State tax must also be collected.

All sales are final-Please bring boxes and packing materials as they will not be provided.

We try to work with buyers for pickup but if your merchandise is here at the end of the sale, we cannot store it. You will be charged and your merchandise removed from the premises. Milton Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents.
