Sun City Estate Sale by Breeze Estate Sales. This is a great sale full of functional furniture and southwest decor. It's all clean as a pin. There is some very nice oak furnishing throughout the house including multiple shelving units, desk, and bedroom set. Nice trundle bed and a twin sofa sleeper.
