To place a bid, you must be registered with estatesales.net, which includes your email address and a credit card on file. The credit card protects you from someone else outbidding, then not paying, and you losing the auction.

WE HAVE RECEIVED REQUESTS FOR HOW TO USE YOUR RESALE NUMBER.
The website does not have the ability to enter your number prior to your purchase.
When you pick up your purchase, we will have you show your resale number, or sign the resale
Card we have on file, and you will receive a credit against your purchase, sorry that is the only way at this point

Clients agreed to let property close early. EVERYTHING MUST BE REMOVED SATURDAY JANUARY 23 between 10-1

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final.
We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Invoices with pick up location in Costa Mesa will be sent upon close of auction.
We are required to collect sales tax for items sold.
You must bring appropriate help to move, load your items.
Pick up for this sale will be January 23, between 10-1

PLEASE do not bid, if you are unable to pick up during the pick up time.
Items not picked up will forfeit purchase price.
