You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

Holy Guacamole!!! I honestly do not think I have ever seen so much stuff in a home...But wait, it is not just stuff, it is super fun vintage everything that needs to find good homes...
There are literally thousands of items in this charming Eastside home off Irvine Avenue.
Because the home is so full (and crowded) we will not be allowing purses or large coats or bulky clothing. We do this for the few people who have bad intentions not for the majority of you who do not. Thank you for understanding.
Looks like a vintage shop antique mall with everything imaginable. Books, china, collectibles everywhere and in every nook and cranny imaginable.
She collected EVERYTHING AND BOUGHT VINTAGE!!!
Here are just a few of the categories you will enjoy perusing.....Kitchen, china, glass, stemware, vintage ceramics and china, crystal, copper, silver-plate, vintage linens, collectibles, and the unusual...she has been shopping with us for years....Clothing, purses, accessories, possibly some costume jewelry, loads of books, art, literally every category of everything imaginable. Did I at least get your interest? If so, then email me and I will do my best to accommodate you with an appointment to this wonderfully fun estate sale this week.
