Contents from the office of Harshad Patel Design Consortium, a Southern California–based architectural practice with projects in both local and international markets.

This offering includes furniture, lighting, design objects, and artwork that furnished the firm’s working studio and meeting spaces. Several pieces reflect late-20th-century modern and post-modern design influences commonly found in architecture offices of the 1980s and 1990s.

Most items were used in the firm’s office environment and may show light wear consistent with studio or office use.

As is the case with most estate sales and auctions, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Please inspect photos carefully to determine the condition of the items. Nostalgia Estate Sales make no representation or warranty express or implied as to the merchantability, authenticity, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction. All measurements are approximate.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of end of Marketplace sale. If payment is not made within 48 hours of end of the Marketplace sale, buyer forfeits all rights to the item and will be banned from purchases in future Marketplace sales and auctions.

Purchased items slated for local pick up must be picked no later than seven business days after the last day of the Marketplace Sale. Unclaimed items not picked up after 10 business days will be forfeited and buyer will be banned from future sales and auctions.

No refunds, credits or exchanges, no exceptions.

After item has been purchased and payment cleared, buyer may email nostalgiaestatesales@icloud.com or text (747) 296-9496 to schedule pick up of an item between 10am - 6pm (Pacific Time) Mon-Fri. If you plan on having someone else pick up your purchased items, please contact us and we'll send you an Authorization for Property Pick-Up Form to fill out prior to pick up.

If you need your item shipped, please keep in mind that Nostalgia Estate Sales reserves the right to make the final decision on how the item gets shipped to your address. If you have specific requests for shipping, please contact us.
