Sold Items must be picked up by the end of the last day of the public sale, unless arrangements are agreed upon at the time of sale.
We do NOT handle shipping, moving or storage of any items! Buyer is responsible for ensuring full payment is received and accepted prior to or at time of item pick up, any and all associated shipping or moving fees or any and all other associated costs.
FOR THE PUBLIC SALE:
(As always REMEMBER: You are entering a private home at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents while you are on the premises. You must be able to walk up stairs, hills, inclines, over rough pavement, on uneven flooring etc. on your own or bring your own appropriate assistance.)
Children of any age must be accompanied by a responsible adult!

We do our best to ensure that all items advertised are in the sale on the first day. However, it is possible, that some items may be removed by the family prior to the first public sale day. Removal of items is an industry "hazard" that we all have to deal with on one level or another. We understand many of you travel long distances to get to the sale and we apologize for any potential inconvenience this may cause.
