Contents of a nice small, furnished rental for sale.  Sofa, 2 beds, books, kitchen items, flat screen tv, garage items, bedding, coffee table, side tables, dining table (mostly modern in look, i.e. wood and glass).  Also has an office desk, computer, bookcase.  All items in very good condition, clean, neat, tidy.  This is not a junk sale or a good sale for pickers, but it has nice furnishings if you're looking for furniture.
