Affectionately tagged "GONE WITH THE WIND" sale. This property is a country getaway for a prominent Los Angeles graphic designer. Gone with the wind sale is one you won't want to miss! This is a NON-SMOKING property. House was originally designed to mimic "TARA", the residence of the plantation theme for "Gone with the Wind". Just a quick note.....Security is high, monitored and SHERIFF LIVES ACROSS THE STREET. Residence is filled with high end fixtures, furniture, art and other decor. Being that condition is everything, I must say that 98% of the items representing this sale are 9.5 to 10...
