As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Please pay attention to the specific end time of the item you are bidding on.

By placing a bid, you are agreeing to pick up your merchandise on or before 6/8/25 - 6/10/25.

When picking up your items, please provide your PICK UP NUMBERE, before you remove your item.

Some items are NOT in Redondo Beach but actually in Granada Hills, Ca. 91344, they are stored at a different location from the source ( Redondo Beach) home they originally were from.

If requested, small items can be mailed by USPS priority Flat Rate mail, with added insurance and a small packing fee.

If you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for everything you bought. Abandoned items will later be donated to charity; we do NOT relist items that were paid for but never picked up. ALL SALES FINAL
