All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. Unless otherwise stated, all items require in person pickup. Should you need shipping on items that do not included shipping, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to provide all packing and shipper will need to pickup. There is a $15 handling fee for all orders that need shipping if it is not included in the purchase. Please read the descriptions carefully. All our stones are genuine and we test all stones with the Presidium jewelry tester. We cannot be responsible for exact stone type since many stones are the same hardness. We will not be responsible for misread descriptions. We will not be responsible for misdirected, mishandled and incorrectly shipped items. Larger furniture items will not be shipped or delivered. You must have your own movers/shippers for those items. "Battery replacement required" means for the item to work you will need a new battery, which we cannot provide.
