This family has lived on the Rolling Hills Country Club since 1971. Three generations have lived in this home, and the amount and variety of the offerings reflect this. The family was very religious, and there are a number of Catholic figurines and similar items in this sale. Please remember that every item described here WILL be for sale this weekend. In addition, there will be a second sale at the same location seven days after the first sale. I will add to the listing descriptions and to the photos between now and the sale. Dining room set (table, six chairs, china cabinet). This set is probably from the 1970s. I suppose you could call it "mid-century modern," but it is not the kind of set which is greatly desired by collectors. Still, it is a nice set.

Dining room table. It has three leaves, each one a foot wide. They are darker than the rest of the table because they have spent most of their lives in a closet.

Excellent, large china cabinet. The inner doors have glass, the outer ones a metal screen with no glass.
