As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving, but may overlook some details.
Some items in the Harry Potter themed room are attached to the wall with a foam molding that can be cut out to remove. LIGL is not responsible for your item should you break it during the dismantling phase.
Buyer is responsible for bring ALL NECESSARY tools to remove the item purchased. Funds must be collected prior to removal of items and there are no refunds, credits or exchanges.
Buyer will be assigned a date and time that works for them to remove their item from the property. LIGL will not be able to assist with removing any item from the location. It is the buyer's responsibility to bring help with them.
All items not claimed by the deadline date provided will forfeit their item as it will become the property of the new homeowners.
LIGL will NOT provide refunds on these items.
