This fabulous Buckhead, $1 bid NO RESERVE Estate sale online auction is being conducted by Georgia Estate Antiques Exchange. Yes, every item will sell to the highest bidder, with no minimum reserve on anything!!! Everything must go!!! This entire estate has over 200 items that will be listed by December 9th, the sale beginning on Dec. 2nd at 9am, and the rest of the items will be added by Dec. 9th, with the auction bidding on all items closing at 830pm Sunday Dec.. 11th. As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final, no refunds or exchanges. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. The sale will begin on Friday December 2nd and start closing at 830 pm on Sunday December 11th. . It is the buyers responsibility to pick up their item(s) on the designated pick up day of Thursday December15th between 10am to 2pm, and Saturday April 17th 10am to 2pm.. Winning bidders will be provided the address for pick up, and are requested to call/text to let us know about what time you expect to arrive. One person will be able to assist loading. If needed, we can provide you a phone number for a local furniture mover who is very reasonable on prices.. You will be using a debit or credit card to register for the auction which will be automatically charged for the item(s) which you are the winning bidder, plus the appropriate sales tax.
