Wrapping up our Skylake estate sale. We have lotted up most of the smalls and are presenting them in this online estate sale. The smalls will be boxed up and removed to a pickup location in Clarkesville. The larger items such as furniture will have to be picked up at the house in Sautee. We have priced these lots to sell! All items are considered in used condition so take a look at the photos carefully. Let us know if you should have any questions. Let the selling begin!

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you purchase it you are responsible for payment & pickup.

AFTER THE SALE PAYMENT & PICKUP: Pickup dates: Sunday March 28th, 11am-5pm & Monday March 29 11am-7pm.
Customers MUST pay & pickup during these hours unless other arrangements have been made.

1. Payment will be collected at the time of pickup. We accept Cash, Checks (for our local, known customers) & Credit Cards (3% users fee for credit card).

2. Sales Tax - 7% Georgia Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases unless you have a dealers sales tax exemption form. Bring and present to us at the time of payment otherwise tax will be charged.

3. Bring your own boxes & packing materials. Buyers MUST be responsible to lift & and load their purchases into their vehicle.
