ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Buyer is responsible for removing purchased items and loading in vehicle.
Generation Estates and Sales is not responsible for Accidents.
Children must be accompanied by adults at all times and not permitted to touch items in the house.
Pets are not allowed. Service dogs must be wearing work vests.
No public restrooms.
This sale contains a lot of breakables. Children are not permitted without being carefully watched by an adult. Children not being supervised will be escorted by our staff to their parent and asked to leave if child is being disruptive or careless. This house is stacked full of items. The sale this weekend is phase I. There are several other rooms not open for this sale. The next phase will include an abundance of new items including items not sold in this sale.
