We have a few boxes available, but if you feel moved to do so, please bring boxes and packing material - you'll need them! Always bear in mind that we're an estate sale company, not Nieman's.

Save the date! This wonderful couple is selling their Berkeley Lake house, after 18 years of casual luxury, so that they can enjoy their retirement in style! Bill is a (happily retired) antique furniture restoration expert and Marilyn Suriani a well-known artist ( http://www.surianiphoto.com/). They have worked diligently their entire lives and are now ready to move into a small condo, walk out the door and explore the world. Do you enjoy estate sales? How about scrunging at yard/garage/thrift stores? Please realize that there is a huge difference between authentic estate sales and the other venues to get your fix....

This is a view of the sunken living room, showcasing the Antique Serapi, walls that look like a NY apartment, huge Galle bowl, upholstered armchairs, MCM round wooden table, with 1" thick glass top and a very dated, but comfy leather recliner.

The pair of wingback chairs feature down cushions, the taupe leather armchair is from the Grizzel & Mann showroom in ADAC. That Gawd awful coffee table was found in South Atlanta, on the curb, so we dragged it to Berkeley Lake to give it a good home... ;-)

Approximately 10' x13' hand woven Persian Tabriz, topped by an amazingly heavy glass-topped dining table. The bases are a pair of concrete, not the usual terra cotta and the glass is 1" thick.
