If you do not show up at your designated date and time for pickup, you forfeit your purchased items will not be given a refund.

If you show up without a paid receipt, you forfeit your purchased items will not be given a refund.
If you show up without the ability to move and/or load items yourself or movers at your designated date and pickup time, you forfeit your purchased items will not be given a refund.

Bring your own movers. We will not have staff available to assist with loading.
