YES...I'm having my own downsizing sale! I'm just like most people...at some point you need to down size. Plus many many items belonging to my parents Dr. & Mrs. Charles Mixon AKA Martha & Charlie Mixon ( they passed away in 2006 & 2007)

I moved into my childhood home back in 2009. We did have an estate sale @ that time. However it wasn't a complete estate sale. Like most people I kept some keepsake's & antiques I wanted to keep. Also my siblings got the items they wanted; which was minimal.

Fast forward 13 yrs & its time to downsize. Things that I pwanted to keep; I know longer want/ or should I say " Don't mind selling" I'm just like everyone else I need to downsize.

Plus I had a moving sale @ my old house & sold items that were not coming w/ me. Honestly I didn't sell much. It took 2 & 1/2 large moving trucks. My little house in the country was packed out! Many moving boxes went into the basement & barn & have not been opened until recently!! When I say its like having your own living estate sale...I'm not kidding!!

Not to mention in this line of business you aaccumulate a lot of stuff. I've bought many complete estate sales over the years & also have 2 storage units. One with supplies ( we know longer utilize since we used cargo trailers) & one estate I purchased that is in a huge climate controlled unit. When you roll up the door you can't even walk inside! All that needs to go also!

I'm NOT MOVING OR SELLING THE HOUSE. This is a large unique property & home. We want to simplify our surroundings and redecorate things to our taste & utilize other parts of the house.

But We're SO ready clear out & do some more improvement's!

Please bring proper help to load furniture .We will not have anyone on hand to help load. Please bring boxes for multiple items & paper for items that need wrapping. Bring hand trucks, dollies & anything you know you are going to need to move your merchandise.

Items purchased & not picked up will be donated to charity. We will not store or transport items from one auction to the next to be picked up.

Please keep in mind when bidding that it's a good idea to go ahead & put in your Max bid. If someone bids against you the system will automatically bid for you. You will only be outbid if someone bids over your max bid. Many people wait until the end of the auction to bid. While this can be fun; you may lose the item you've been bidding on by just a couple of dollars.
