1. **Buy Here Pay Here:** All items are sold in a "Buy Here Pay Here" manner. Winning bidders are required to pay for their purchases directly through our online auction platform.
2. **Shipping at Buyer's Expense:** Shipping services are available for all items won in the auction. However, the cost of shipping will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges paid for prior to shipment.
3. **Pickup Location:** All items must be picked up from The Schoolhouse Vendor Market located in Toccoa, GA. The address will be provided upon successful completion of the auction.
4. **Pickup Dates:** Buyers must collect their items within the designated pickup period specified between the buyer and auction house. Failure to do so may result in additional storage fees or the forfeiture of the item.
5. **Payment:** All payments for won items must be made in full within the specified time frame indicated in the auction details. Accepted forms of payment will be clearly stated on the auction platform.
6. **Buyer's Fee:** A buyer's fee of 10% will be added to the final bid price of each item. This fee covers administrative costs and will be included in the total invoice amount.
7. **Item Descriptions:** All items are sold "as-is." Descriptions and images provided are intended to accurately represent the items but do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of any kind. They are where is, how is, as is.
8. **Bidding Errors:** Bidders are responsible for reviewing their bids before submission. Bids cannot be retracted or amended once placed. Please exercise caution while bidding.
