Bill Launspach, longtime Iowa City rental property owner, could build, repair and fix about anything. His wife Donna, long time Iowa City collector,had an antique shop in the 1980’s.  The large brick Victorian home has been filled by the Launspachs for many years and the previous items and more will be sold.

 

Variable and progressive discounting will start at 10 AM Saturday, August 11th.
