The media unit is actually in four parts - each side of the unit come off (and would look good flanking a fireplace) and the top, or bridge, removes - so you could put quite a large TV on the remaining credenza. The sides and below are great for storage, video game consoles, audio equipment, etc.

The clock is a reproduction of an old French clock, metal and sitting on a very large easel. It's hard to get the scale of these items. The clock itself is about 28" tall, plus the easel.
