You will love this sale filled with mid-century furnishings, decor, art and more!! There will also be a nice assortment of china, crystal, and smalls. Be sure to check this listing for updates and photos the week before the sale. Don't miss it!

There are so many wonderful pieces at this sale - Danish Teak, Mid-Century art prints, pottery, crystal, books, and paintings.

This is the estate of Gerry Franks. He was a wonderful man who lived to be 96 years old. Coincidentally, he was one of my tenant's back in my past career as a property manager of commercial office properties . . .that was 15 years ago, and Gerry was 81 year old then! He lived a long and full life and has left behind many beautiful things that he has procured throughout the years.

Mr. Franks attended the 1936 Olympics and saw Jessie Owens win the 100 meter relay. He recorded a YouTube video to recount the event.
