We have a great little moving estate auction located in Granite City, IL. Our wonderful client is moving with her family out of state and is liquidating the contents of her home.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.
Your bid on items is an agreement that you are purchasing the item/items should you be the highest bidder. This auction will close on Friday December 5, 2025 starting at 7pm CST and will have 4 HARD CLOSES. This means to have your maximum bid in prior to each hard close. A select group of items will close at 7:00pm, 7:15pm, 7:30pm and 7:45pm. Please be aware of the closing time on each item.
Please bring your payment method at the time of pick up as your card will be ran at that time. You also have the option to pay cash at the time of pick up. No Shipping is being offered. We will only have one pick up day, Saturday December 6. All items not picked up will be returned to the homeowner and your registered payment will be ran. You are still responsible for your contractual bid.
