Terms & Policies

1. You MUST be available or arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date & time.
2. All items not picked up during the pick-up date & time will be considered abandoned. You will still be charged and you will not get your merchandise.
3. Bring necessary tools and help for disassembling (as necessary) & picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, basement or outer building.
4. You will be provided with the street address after your purchase is complete. Masks are required.
5. You will also receive a link to schedule your pickup time slot. These are available on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Please schedule your pickup time as soon as you are able.
6. We have made every effort to describe items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. Dimensions are approximate.
7. As with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. No refunds or returns.  We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.
8. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device.

There are no exceptions to these terms, conditions or guidelines.

We are limiting the amount of people in the home. Please be patient if asked to wait a few minutes.

Bring your own help to carry items you can't carry alone. We are not responsible for accidents.
Parking is very limited: Please do not park in front of driveways or mailboxes.
Emergency vehicles MUST be able to drive through.

We will not be providing masks, you must bring your own mask and if you do not have a mask, you will not be able to enter the home.
