This is a gated community and will require an appointment to pick up your purchases. It's unfortunate that we can't throw the doors open and let the crowds in - but an appointment to shop at your own pace will be well worth your time! When you pick up your purchase, plan to spend extra time exploring the hundred of clothes still in closets! There will be men's clothes and kitchen/dining items also.

***There will be more designer clothing, shoes, coats, accessories and a huge closet full of men's clothes for sale at the pickup location, as well as many household items. Plan some extra time to shop! We will accept CASH, ZELLE (no fee), VENMO(w/ 2.5%fee) only for purchases made at pickup time.***

This is a gated community. All items are LOCAL PICKUP ONLY, BY APPOINTMENT on Saturday, 3/14/26 from 10am-2pm or by appointment only during the week of 3/16-21. Please text us at (708)846-0259 to choose a pickup time from the above options. The pickup address will be sent by email on Friday evening 3/13/26. If you make a purchase, you will be placed on the approved entry list at the gatehouse for entry. If you are sending someone else to pick up your purchase, text or email us that person's name for the approved entry list.

The PICKUP CODE and ORDER NUMBER are required to claim your item. No exceptions. That means print out your pickup information email or have it ready to show us on your phone.

PRICES WILL APPEAR AT 8:00AM on the first day of the sale. Be sure to log in to your estatesales.net account prior to sale start and have a credit card loaded in your account. Refresh your browser regularly to stay updated on edits and sold items. Prices are not given out before the sale. Discounts will occur on most items later in the week.

NOTE: all items are identified based on information and purchase records provided by our client, and on our own research. We are not experts and any error is unintended. All sales are final and items purchased but not picked up will be forfeited.
