When you pickup your item, you will be able to browse through the items and furniture that did not sell. You will be able to purchase these items with cash only on the day of the pickup. So bring some extra cash.

Unless otherwise noted, all items are pre-owned and may show typical signs of age such as light scuffs, scratches, or discoloration.

We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately, including any noticeable damage or imperfections. However, descriptions are provided to the best of our ability with no guarantees.

All Sales Final

As is standard with estate sales, all items are sold “AS-IS.”

No credits, refunds, or exchanges will be issued—all sales are final without exception.

Fees

Please note: EstateSales.net charges a $2.95 processing fee on all purchases. This fee goes directly to EstateSales.net, not to us, and we cannot waive or adjust it.

Online Sale & Pickup

This is an online sale. To purchase, you must be signed in to your EstateSales.net account.

Once purchased, payment is made online by credit card only.

Pickup is on Saturday, July 18th from 10 a.m.–1p.m. The pickup address will be emailed to buyers on Friday evening—please check your email. If you cannot make the pickup date please contact us. We will try and work out another pickup date.

Don’t be late! Items must be picked up during the scheduled window.

Please bring your own bags, packing materials, tools, and moving help. We cannot provide moving or loading assistance.

Liability

Buyers are solely responsible for the safe handling, transport, and installation of all purchased items. When purchasing furniture please be prepared to come with help to move it out. We will not have anyone there to assist you.

We are not liable for damages or injuries that occur during pickup, transport, or delivery.
