Unique collection of various concert tshirts & memorabilia.
1. Local pick up is preferred. Shipping may be available at the buyer's expense. We use UPS Mail for packing and shipping.
2. After your sale invoice is paid, you will be contacted by UPS directly with the shipping costs. You will make payment directly to UPS for the shipping costs. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days before you are contacted by UPS. Every effort is made to drop the items off at UPS within 3-4 days after the auction ends. IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE, WE AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME THIS IS A SHIPPING ORDER.
3. If you are local and require shipping or have questions, please call/text or send an email to mikectbids@gmail.com or call 224-297-8307 so we know not to expect you at pickup.

1. You MUST be available or arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date & time.
2. All items not picked up during the pick-up date & time will be considered abandoned. You will still be charged and you will not get your merchandise.
3. Bring necessary tools and help for disassembling (as necessary) & picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, basement or outer building.
4. You will be provided with the street address after your purchase is complete. Masks are required.
5. You will also receive a link to schedule your pickup time slot. These are available on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Please schedule your pickup time as soon as you are able.
6. We have made every effort to describe items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. Dimensions are approximate.
7. As with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. No refunds or returns. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.
8. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device.
There are no exceptions to these terms, conditions or guidelines.
