I will honor a watched list that the first person who shows up can start with entry numbers being passed out 30 minutes prior. There are NO PRE-SALES, None, for any reason, please don't ask! If you see it in a photo then it will be here first come first served.
What's going on at my warehouse is promised to be one massivly awesome sale of some of the coolest stuff that has been collected from several years of picking, clean outs and hoarding. Plus fixtures, display cases and more as we move out just one month after the sale. 7000sqft of stuff that is packed to the roof, we have even spilled out into the 3000sqft rear outdoor area. That's like 10,000 square feet of really great stuff. Interesting and unusual stuff. Don't let the photos fool you, there's much more here than is shown and things are of surprisingly good quality. It's hard to say what's here because after even a month we have struggled to get everything out. We still have two areas that are still packed solid with stuff. What you see in my photos is just scratching the surface, trust me. There is a large amount of Mid Century Modern furniture, plenty of decorative smalls, a fair amount of Antique furniture, a boatload of primitives, a bevy of old car parts and tools, a fleet of bicycles, a wall of chairs, crates three deep of records a mountain of dirty, old, god knows what that hasn't seen the light of day in who knows how long and even a car. The sheer amount of stuff, and not "just" stuff either, good stuff is staggering!
Car: 1931 Dodge Brothers DB8 with a Mid 1970s 360 w 727 tranny. Body is original and extremely solid. It's a "rat rod" so it's a little rough around the edges but does run great and drives fine. Was even displayed at World Of Wheels once for a rat rod exhibit. Led headlights, railroad lantern taillights. Check out that custom exhaust! Yeah it's loud, but not too loud and the fun factor makes this worth it. Very rare car too, there's very few 31 Dodge Brothers cars left, much less on the road still. For only $7900 there's room for much improvement with a driving project of sorts or just enjoy as-is, in all it's aged and imperfect glory!
