I will honor a watched list that the first person who shows up can start with entry numbers being passed out 30 minutes prior. There are NO PRE-SALES, None, for any reason, please don't ask! If you see it in a photo then it will be here first come first served.

What's going on at my warehouse is promised to be one massivly awesome sale of some of the coolest stuff that has been collected from several years of picking, clean outs and hoarding. Plus fixtures, display cases and more as we move out just one month after the sale. 7000sqft of stuff that is packed to the roof, we have even spilled out into the 3000sqft rear outdoor area. That's like 10,000 square feet of really great stuff. Interesting and unusual stuff. Don't let the photos fool you, there's much more here than is shown and things are of surprisingly good quality. It's hard to say what's here because after even a month we have struggled to get everything out. We still have two areas that are still packed solid with stuff. What you see in my photos is just scratching the surface, trust me. There is a large amount of Mid Century Modern furniture, plenty of decorative smalls, a fair amount of Antique furniture, a boatload of primitives, a bevy of old car parts and tools, a fleet of bicycles, a wall of chairs, crates three deep of records a mountain of dirty, old, god knows what that hasn't seen the light of day in who knows how long and even a car. The sheer amount of stuff, and not "just" stuff either, good stuff is staggering!

Car: 1931 Dodge Brothers DB8 with a Mid 1970s 360 w 727 tranny. Body is original and extremely solid. It's a "rat rod" so it's a little rough around the edges but does run great and drives fine. Was even displayed at World Of Wheels once for a rat rod exhibit.  Led headlights, railroad lantern taillights. Check out that custom exhaust! Yeah it's loud, but not too loud and the fun factor makes this worth it. Very rare car too, there's very few 31 Dodge Brothers cars left, much less on the road still. For only $7900 there's room for much improvement with a driving project of sorts or just enjoy as-is, in all it's aged and imperfect glory!

Heres a slaphappy, very partial list of names and things you can expect to see.

Drexel bedroom set,  multiple dressers, Herman Miller chairs, Poul Hundevad secretary, Milo Baughman table, Adrian Pearsall table, chairs, Kofod Larsen model 66, Silias Seandel table, Directional chairs, Paul McCobb Component, Linear, Founders rosewood cabinet, Crawford bedroom set, Century Credenza, Baker double Chest, Knoll armchair project, Jolly tables, Lane multiple end tables, multiple dressers, Kodawood Credenza, Howell chairs, Kroehler, Flexsteel sofa, Knud Kneilsen Credenza, Dyrlund 2pc Teak bedroom set, large Rosewood display case, Leslie Diamond dresser, night stands, Hutch and more, Maximillian Karp chests, Dorothy Thorpe Lucite table, Karl Springer Lucite table, Norfact sofa, Thonet stack of chairs, Heywood Wakefield vanity, beds, bookcase, Rosewood Danish 3pc bedroom set, 70s Ball  chair, Weinberg etegeres, American of Martinsville bedroom set w Travertine top, chrome and brass trunks, Steelcase Tanker desk and rare Credenza, chairs, large unknown Teak Credenza, Ethan Allen, Richardson Nemschoff, Ramseur Credenza, German chairs and sofa,  Teak wall units, Walnut wall units, open freestanding wall unit, slat bench, starburst clock, coffee tables, desks, dressers, dining tables..it goes on and on.

Then we have around two thousand records, a thousand old beer cans, 500 Playboys, hundreds of pieces of pottery with aprox 100 pieces of Haeger, many hard to find and rare pieces. There's hundreds of pieces of vintage glassware including much by Blenko, 50+ lamps, Dozens of school maps, several vintage speakers. A pair of vintage Globe Wernicke rounded edge work tables, a GW file drawer, more cool Oak stuff including a rocking chair and a carved head armchair, Oak parts storage drawers, oak tool boxes, antique tables, antique chairs, all sorts of antique smalls and interesting junk. A sofa by Alma, a pair of 100+ year old wicker sofas, antique Bed and dresser, Mission Hutch, Mission umbrella stand, Mission bookshelf, wall art by Witco, huge paintings, unknown artists, fabric Marimekko wall hanging, stacks of prints and lithos, boxes by Lane, old street signs, stoplight  payphone booth, old toys, diecast, McDonald's, rugs, beer signs, taxidermy fish, patio furniture, racks of vintage clothes, there's too much to keep going.

It'll be sunny (we hope)! Temp 392.

There is also a good selection and still unsorted massive area of antiques, primitives, old farm stuff, many old car parts, there's wood barn doors, house doors, metal stuff galore to decorate or do art with, buckets of fossils, many display cases for sale, industrial carts and storage, factory crates, Oh My God...there's just too much!

Its random, it's clean, it's messy, it's low end, it's high end, it's beautiful, it's ugly, artistic, bold, unique and different. It's the best of every estate sale you ever been to with something literally for everyone. It's not everyday you get a chance to see this much bulk of better items of literally every  interest of anything that's cool all in one stop.
