This glamorous 8,700 square foot 5-bedroom home built in 2005 features beautiful furnishings, art and bronze sculptures, home decor, useful items and more. The family would love for their treasures to go to good homes!

This home is located in an exclusive gated community. We tried to conduct a traditional estate sale using our automated numbering system starting March 3 and the sale was shut down by property management in the late afternoon on the first sale day. A few customers tried to enter the community without a number and were not cooperative when asked to follow the rules and the gate guard let customers into the community before their numbers had been called, resulting in too many cars in front of the home. We have come to a compromise and have been given the go-ahead to conduct an online sale and then two by-appointment sales March 17-20 and 24-27.

We ask you to please follow the rules agreed upon by us and property management. Call our office at 847-253-3986 for an appointment to pick up your purchased items and we will give you a confirmation number. If you try to enter the community without an appointment and confirmation number, the guard will not let you in and we will be in danger of not being able to hold the by-appointment sales. All items sold as is and have no warranties. All sales are final. Please view the photos, read the descriptions carefully and ask any questions you may have before purchasing! There will be no onsite price negotiations when items are picked up as items are already paid for at the agreed-upon price.

There is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away.
