These charges may have to be an additional transaction before shipping can occur.*** Credit Card - Payment hold is placed on your credit card upon winning the auction. Full payment is automatically processed and completed by estatesales.net upon item pick-up. You must have a pre-authorized credit card on file for your bid to be accepted. (You may want to notify your bank that multiple transactions may be coming through if you are bidding on multiple items. We've had a few challenges with banks mistaking auction transactions as fraud since multiple transactions come through at once. Just a heads up.)
Pick-up: Items must be picked up by the listed deadline or the item will be forfeited. Please bring packing supplies, boxes and help to load items. Please pick up your item(s). If pick-up is not completed, you may be blocked from bidding on future items and your committed purchase amount (winning bid value) will be charged to your credit card for a restock fee.
To ensure that lots are not mixed up or damaged, we will bring your items out of the home once you have checked in. Buyers will not be allowed to enter the premises. Pick-ups are first come, first serve. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to assist everyone swiftly and in the order of arrival.
