Welcome! Thank you for checking out our items. This is an online only auction. We do not offer pre-sales. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos of all items. Please know that all items are sold as-is, no warranties, no returns. Please ask if you have questions about the condition of an item. If an item is boxed and not photographed outside of the box, please do not assume it is in perfect condition. Ask. Items are being purchased as is with no refunds.

Once the auction is over and all bids are finalized, an email will be sent to all winning bidders with the pick up address and details. Please do not email Divine for pick-up instructions as it only delays sending out the pick-up instructions to everyone. The pick-up instructions will go out to everyone within 24 hrs of the auction ending.

If our pick up time is not manageable within your schedule, please contact Divine prior to bidding to make sure we can accommodate your schedule. Please DO NOT bid if the posted pick up time is a problem unless you have made other arrangements with Divine management in advance. Divine cannot guarantee accommodations outside of the posted pick-up dates and times. All bids are final and considered a commitment to pay and pick up your item if the highest bidder.

Once a bid is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Divine Estate Sales does not own or manage the auction site and have no control over the bidding controls. Please be careful when bidding and make sure your bid amount is accurate before submitting it. Payment: ***Please note that we DO NOT charge a buyer's premium. We consider shipping items on a case by case basis. Please do not bid without making shipping arrangements with Divine Management first, if shipping is required. Payment for shipping fees is required separately from the auction (Venmo, Paypal, Square). Auction Payment - Payment hold is placed on your credit card upon winning the auction. Full payment is automatically processed and completed by estatesales.net upon item pick-up. You must have a pre-authorized credit card on file for your bid to be accepted. (You may want to notify your bank that multiple transactions may be coming through if you are bidding on multiple items. We've had a few challenges with banks mistaking auction transactions as fraud since multiple transactions come through at once. Just a heads up.)

Pick-up: Items must be picked on pick-up day (Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 12noon to 3pm) or the item will be forfeited. Please bring packing supplies, boxes and help to load items. If pick-up is not completed, you may be blocked from bidding on future items and your committed purchase amount (winning bid value) WILL be charged to your credit card for a restock fee. We would prefer that you pick-up your item, please.

To ensure that lots are not mixed up or damaged, we will bring your items out of the building once you have checked in with pick-up code or credit card #. Buyers will not be allowed to enter the premises. Pick-ups are first come, first serve. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to assist everyone swiftly and in the order of arrival. Please do not block the driveway. Thank you.

We do not guarantee condition or function. You are bidding on all items in as is condition. We do our best to photograph and identify any defects, but no warranties or guarantees of any kind. We are not the owners of the items and, therefore, have limited to no knowledge of history.
